We installed this ice maker at our church. It produces perfectly sized ice. The ice is always fresh. We are happy with our purchase.

This thing is a workhorse. I have been using it as a standalone ice machine in my backyard and we have never gotten close to running out of ice. The ice quality is much clearer than I expected. The build quality is brilliant. The only thing on my wishlist would have been more water inlet nozzle options as I had to rig my water source to fit the supplied hoses.

My kids go through SO MUCH ICE. Throughout the winter, our fridge's ice maker is able to keep up. Barely. By the end of the day it's empty, and we're just hoping it produces more ice overnight. At best, I get about 3 cubes each day. But in summer time, we are toast. Literally. It's hot outside, and then we're out of ice by mid morning. But that all changed with, NewAir's Industrial Grade Clear Cube Ice Maker. We have more ice than we can imagine, and we love it. AND...this machine is just beautiful...

Let me first state that this is unquestionably among the greatest commercial ice makers I've seen in a very long time. There are so many things I adore, including the distinctive style and appearance, which add flavor to your home's decor, the ability to always have clear ice on hand (which is huge for me), and the quantity of ice (80 pounds), which ensures that since we are constantly entertaining, we will never run out. I like that I can put it anywhere, even under my cabinet counter, and that it is a very quiet item. Mostly, it's quick to make ice and very simple to use. Additionally, I appreciate automated on/off ability, and how it creates ice in layers! Well worth every penny!!

Doesn't work from the first day. Have to return it !!!

Well, we loved this ice maker for a year and a half. After that it stopped making ice. We can turn it on, we can get water to flow, it will drop a few cubes and an hour later turn off. I have tried making sure ot is not on a power off, or making sure the temp setting was accurate. Bur we get nothing it starts then the power button just flashes. I loved it until then, but the dont buy unless you have a warranty
