Absolutely IN LOVE with this ice machine. Yes it's my first time to purchase one but I knew what I needed it to be and it needed to have easy to eat nugget ice like sonic. This is absolutely it! So glad I made this purchase. The drain tube is super easy to do and to do the clean cycle. It was also a huge hit with my sons birthday sleepover. They all had ice cups that they were eating all night lol. So glad I got this and so happy I found one at a cheaper price than others I saw.

Amazing ice. Our second attempt at a pellet ice maker is successful! (Frigidaire was terrible). We've had this one for about 5 months and are just as happy as we were on day 1. The ice is so crunchy and delicious. The machine runs well and was easy to hook up to the water line from our fridge.

Great ice maker. I bought its competitor first. The GE Profile Opal in dec and after one day and 24 hours of a jet taking off, sounds later. Regretted my purchase. I came across this one and the price was much cheaper. I was a little worried of the price being cheaper that if it’s competitor sound like a jet plane, I was afraid this would sound like a whole airport. But feb 11 and a month later no louder than my fridge in defrost cycle, very happy. Only downside if you have anyone in the home that eats ice like a 24/7 it will be busy and you will want to hook up the auto water. All and all one month in. I demand a little icemaker that could.

This ice maker is great! It makes the best "good ice"! I start it on Saturday morning, and keep it going for most of the weekend. This makes a ton of ice for the upcoming week. We disconnected our refrigerator ice maker and fill the ice keeper with our Newair ice! Love it!!!

I love this ice maker. It fits perfectly in my pantry and the lid lifts up out of the way. The ice is soft and the ice container lifts out to allow you to put the bags of ice easily in your freezer. No more spending time, money and gas to go to our local soda shop to pick up a bag of ice. Many people have had trouble with other brands and find it difficult to clean this one is so easy and I get very affordable.

This is actually our second identical ice machine. We give it a work out and use it every day. Our first machine developed a problem after having it for six months. We were pleased with the outstanding customer support. The website was very easy to communicate and send a short video showing the problem and the representative authorized a replacement without delay. The level of customer support should give any buyer a lot of confidence that the company will stand behind its products.

My husband bought me this ice maker for Christmas. Our family of 5 uses it daily and I can not speak highly enough about it. I have zero negative things to say about it. It makes the most perfect ice and our family is constantly talking about how it was the best purchase we've made in awhile. It's so easy to clean, it's the perfect size, we absolutely love it and would recommend it to everyone.

Several times has woken us up in the middle of the night making a HORRIBLE loud noise-compressor maybe? Now 3 months later the water symbol keeps flashing meaning to clean the filter or needs to be repaired- have already cleaned the filter. Waiting to hear back from newair

I received my ice machine the first week of March 2023 On June 30th 2023 it started making this horrible screeching noise and stopped producing ice. We cleaned it weekly and kept it in the same place on the counter. I thought this was a good investment, its now a complete nightmare. I am waiting for the company to respond back to my message, with a solution because I do not have money to just waste.

Worked great until 2 months in. Stopped working and reached out to New Air customer support who was great and sent me a new pump.. without instructions on how to install it. After the new pump was received New Air ghosted me and won't return my numerous calls or emails. I can't install the pump so this ice machine is just sitting, unable to be used. Money has been wasted and I will never buy from New Air again. I am very dissatisfied in their customer service. I can no longer return this product due to the return window being closed.
