Works great to reduce headaches and when gardening

Pretty easy to use. thicker and heavier than i thought it would be.

I have not tried it as a hot pack, but as a cold pack it works wonderfully for migraine, stress and heat induced headaches. We keep it in the fridge, the package it comes in helps it to not absorb odors, because if left too long in the freezer the ice gel pack becomes too hard to be comfortable.

Only used twice so far but seems okay. The only issue I had with is was the strong chemical-like odor. I spray it with sanitizer and aired it out for several days and it is better.

It was a gift to someone who gets bad migraines. So I was told that it helped a little but just doesn't stay cold long enough at all to do as much as it probably could otherwise.

It's a good idea, and I like this style because I don't want to cover my eyes. However, the gel pack is not very big and only lasts about 15 minutes. I've been able to extend the time by putting a bigger pack on top of it while reclining, but it kind of negates the point of it being hands-free. Still, I do like that for a minor headache you can put it on hands-free. But for a real migraine, it's not that effective. Comes with a plastic bag so you can put the whole thing in the freezer and minimize odor pickup.
