This is the best cap for a migraine. I put it on and oh my the coolest hat that keeps your entire head and part of your face to your nose. It allowed me to easily go to sleep.
My sister told me to order this, I have a lot of migraines. I was skeptical because I take migraine medicine and nothing helps. This actually made a difference. It worked so well my husband took it and I ordered another one!

I love how it wraps the ice pack completely around your head %26 is nice %26 cold. Only downside is, it doesn't stay cold long enough. Maybe 20 minutes. Other than that it's a great product.
It works ok and does help when i am having a really bad migraine , but it doesn't last long the cold feeling .
