This ice pack for the knee is completely adjustable to fit snugly in all the correct places. It stays cold for quite a while. Of the 3 products I've used this one is the most comfortable and effective cold pack I have tried.

The only way to go to ice a knee…especially if you need to ice often.
It's worth the purchase..
It was cumbersome to put on and the velcro would slip off.
It gets really cold and you actually need to put a towel or something on your skin so you don't damage your skin. I really didn't need ice on the back of my knee just the front so I put extra towel on the back and left it on for only 20 minutes at a time as not to cause damage to skin. Other than that it works fine.
It works as described. It is hard to shape it when fully frozen but if you let it thaw enough to bend it better, it's no longer cold enough.
Does not stay cold for more than maybe 10 minutes
