This really helped with my back pain. I was having so much back pain after birth and it really helped cool it down. I loved it absolutely loved it.
Super convenient, easy to use, and they are multi-functional. Post-partum they are great for vaginal discomfort, you can even stick them in your bra to help with breast pain. I like using the heating method and sticking it around my neck/shoulders.

Not flexible, should be pliable for design of functionality. Very stiff when frozen and therefore pretty useless for breast and or private parts. Very disappointing.
I think this must be produced by men. When frozen they are hard as a rock. I can't use them at all. The bag they gave to freeze them in is too small. They don't lay flat. Very uncomfortable. Very disappointing!! Quite cruel for the area.
