This is a great product for anyone who wants a plain 100 percent cotton mattress pad. Many mattress pads sold are waterproof or a mix of cotton and other synthetic materials ( polyester, rayon, etc. ) which can generate heat for sleepers who run "hot" and sleep with just a sheet or light blanket as opposed to folks who run "cold" and desire more layers for warmth.

I didn't want to spend much $ so I thought I would give this mattress pad a try, however I wasn't expecting much for $16.88. I was very pleasantly surprised! It is soft and thick and fit our new king sleep number bed great. Have been sleeping on it for a few days now and it appears to be staying in place. Very pleased with this mattress pad so far. It seems like an excellent deal for less than $17.

I really like this mattress pad. It fits the bed extemely well. I have a thin layer of foam and another topper and this covers it all. It has a nice stretch material on the sides, not that cheap paper like stuff that some other pads have. ( I had already purchased another one that cost more and it was horrible with those paper like sides so I returned it.) I was not buying this for a thick layer of padding but to protect what I already have. I would highly recomment this.

I simply cannot say enough about how perfect this Cotton Mattress Pad is and exceeded all expectations. It fit my Queen size memory foam mattress without a problem. The deep pockets made it very easy to put on and i didnt have to have anyone help me pull, tug, stretch and break out into a full body sweat to get it to fit properly. I looked at many of these and found this one to meet all i was looking for and hoped it would be better than a number of others i tried only to end up tossing them after one wash or not being able to get them to fit without one side popping out or having a foot rip or tear right through it. It washed beautifully and i dried it on low- came out great. Also adds to the comfort of the mattress and seems to disburse temperature. Love it and the price was more than fair for this truly superior mattress pad.

First let me say that I have several mattress pads of various prices and this is the most reasonably priced mattress pad I have ever purchased. For the money, it is excellent. The words 'mattress pad' and 'mattress cover' is used interchangeably. In other words, they are both the same thing. Some mattress pads/covers may be thicker than others, made from various materials, cotton, waterproof, etc. This is not a thick mattress pad. It is very light weight but it does add a small bit of extra cushioning. If you're searching for a thick mattress cover that has a lot of thick cushioning, this is not it. This mattress cover has very deep pockets all the way around. I bought this to fit on a 14 inch mattress with topper, that is in my guest house. I wanted something to cover the mattress to keep it clean and free from dust. I would suggest washing it the first time in cool water and drying on low. Very pleased with this purchase.

This mattress pad washed and dried very well. It's very soft to the touch and is nicely stuffed with filling -- not too much, but not thin either. The pockets are very deep. It is well elasticized all the way around, not just on the corners. It stays put on the mattress.

was really surprised at the quality of the mattress cover when I opened the package. Was easy to put on the mattress and it has deep enough sides to stay put. was really happy with the quality, much better than the ones I paid much more for. Haven't had them long so don't know how they will wear but for now very pleased.

It's new so I don't know how well it will hold up, but it fit a king size waterbed just fine and I didn't feel like it was going to tear while putting it on. The padding is not very thick, but adequate. I was pleasantly surprised when the price dropped after I had put it in my cart a day earlier. This mattress pad may not be the very best one out there, but it sure seems to be the best value - and I looked at a lot of mattress pads. If you want a thicker pad, buy 2. It will still cost less than other pads and it's stretchy enough to double them.

This mattress pad was very reasonably priced. It looks to be well made but not quite as puffy as my previous pad. I replaced my mattress pad because after the second washing the underside seemed to produce little pieces of the fill. I think it started after the first washing because I kept getting little pieces of fuzz (which turned out to be fill) on the carpet around the bed. It seemed I was always cleaning it up but didn't realize it was from the mattress pad. I also paid over double the price of the new pad for the old pad. The new pad has very generous sides that fit nicely under the mattress. My old pad had generous sides but the top seemed to be a little short on the width and the pad was always sliding. Not the case with the new one. There is a lot of material on the sides and it tucks under the mattress very easily but the top of the pad does not pull or slide. I hope this will be true after the first washing. The top fabric is very much like a set of sheets which I purchased from Walmart. So, I am very happy with this purchase. The pad came in a zippered reusable case which I can use for other storage.

It's really a great deal and the padding looks great after the first washing. We first washed & dried the pad before putting it on the bed for the first time. When we attempted to install it on the bed we found a major problem. Even when stretched extremely tight, it’s about an inch, maybe two inches too small to fit across the top of the bed. A couple of raw seams in a couple of places (5 or so inches long area) show where they missed gathering in a piece of the material. We are planning on returning it but still debating on ordering another one. If our mattress was an old style, conventional mattress with very ridged edging, it might have been able to fit on the mattress top edge to edge. If stretched way too tight, it will go on but still falls an inch short of a correct fit on the top. That leaves you wondering what that extra compression, tight fit is going to do to our new firm foam mattress, it’s not a pillow top type mattress. This all leaves you wondering how it will eventually distort the foam from excessive continual pressure. My mattress Cal King mattress measures exactly 72 X 84 as it should. Probably worth reordering.
