The ice packs were cheaper by far than in the store price wise and showed up way before they said they would buy shipping calculations

I bought 2 of these so I could alternate them to numb my ankle pain.. I put them in the freezer overnight and the next day they were cold enough to do the job, any colder and i'd have to put 2 pair of socks on so just right. Shipping was fast took maybe 3 days..

Works well, no issues. Delivered as promised

Arrived quickly, also came with cloth sleeves to protect skin.

Product stayed soft and easy to form.

I suffer from chronic headaches and am constantly using ice. In my opinion, these clear gel ice packs are the best out there. They're a little pricey for one ice pack but they're still cheaper than most sold in stores today.

There isn't much gel in the pack and it doesn't get very cold. It's more the temperature of the refrigerator than having been in a freezer. Very disappointed.

I thought according to the picture I was getting a 3M Nexcare cold/hot pack like the previous one I owned. This did not have the word Nexcare on it like the photo online. When it was frozen, it wasn't as flexible as my previous one. It becomes very solid and is very hard to bend to go around a knee or arm. I was expecting it to be like one I had before from 3M. I would not buy again.

The item came in a zip lock baggie, no box. Looked used. Did not have “nexcare” identified on it. I'd give NO stars if I could.

The Nexcare box had been opened when I received this item. The gel pack was in the box, but not the two covers that the Nexcare website indicates are included with Model 1570. After many emails and calls the Express Med told me that the pack does not include the covers. Will never do business with this company again.
