THE DELIVERY WAS JUST AS I HAD REQUESTED TO BE PLACED ON THE RED CHAIR BELOW THE DELIVERY SIGN. THANK YOU!! I WISH FUTURE WALMART DELIVERIES DRIVERS WERE JUST AS THOUGHTFUL!
These are some of the best bandages I have found. They stay on for several days and then when you need to take them off they don't damage the skin where they were stuck to. Tape has really not been my friend where my sore is located. I would definitely buy again.
If you have skin break outs due to bandages, the adhesive in particular, these are a must. Doesn't break you out.
I am super sensitive to adhesive. And was always nervous anytime I had to apply a bandaid. But now thanks to this product I can use it without increasing the problem. Before I would get a rash and sometimes the reason I was putting a bandaid on would actually get worse so I would have issues. I have been able to use them for covering and controlling blisters. These are just fabulous!
I got this and the size of the bandage is perfect. Unfortunately the sensitive skin adhesive does not stay on at all. It's a bit frustrating and I'd rather have a bandage that sticks too much instead of one that doesn't stick enough. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from 3M to review. My toddler has very sensitive skin. Her skin can get irritated just from her clothing constantly rubbing on her as she is playing. In the past, we have used Tegaderm sheets to cover extremely irritated areas so they would be clean, dry and not irritated further. The Tegaderm is not always a painless removal so I thought this product might be more useful. This time, since the winter air dries her skin out quickly, she has an area near the waist band of her pants which has a rash that is not healing well. We put one of these over that area. It didn't last through the morning. The product is all it claims to be except secure. Had it stayed where it was applied, I am sure it would have had a pain-free removal because the adhesive is not agressive (think about the stickiness of a Post-It note). While it was applied, there were not any complaints about discomfort. It also did not stick to the wound or make the rash worse. In this case, the product was not all I had hoped it would be. My daughter is too active and the adhesive didn't hold up the wear. We'll give the product a try in a different instance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These weren't as great as I hoped. The edges didn't stick very well, and it was painful when removed. They do absorb fluid fairly well. Please note that 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate. I usually love Nexcare products, but I was very disappointed with this one. I have a surgical wound on my arm, so I thought I would try these instead of gauze pads and tape. The instructions say to clean and dry the wound and the skin around it before applying, so I had a friend wipe down the area with rubbing alcohol (dries quickly). Well, within 15 minutes the edges/corners of the bandage popped up. They were pressed down again, but popped up again, and started to curl. She ended up using tape (Nexcare absolute waterproof) to prevent the rest of the bandage from popping off. When it was time to change the bandage, my friend removed the tape, which was pain free, but when she removed the bandage I nearly cried! The part of the adhesive that stayed on caused pain when removed. It was like ripping hair out, except I have no hair on my arm! The only thing I liked about this bandage was that the pad absorbed the drainage, and didn't leak.
The pad in the middle of the bandage is barely big enough to cover a mosquito bite. The blue adhesive on the surrounding area is one of the best if you have sensitive skin/prone to rashes. But until they make the non-stick pad that goes over the wound a reasonable size, these bandages are basically useless.
I purchased these a few days ago and specifically the strong hold. I used today and am into the third bandage already. NOT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY. They don't hold any better than cheap bandages. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
