Works great! I've cooked chicken legs, steaks, pork steaks, chops, vegetable foil pouches and used the side sear burner to cook other vegetables in a cast iron skillet.
Should up with bent pieces but Nexgrill was willing to send replacment parts. Converting to natural gas was fairly easy

This is a very nice grill. Very well worth the price. However I think we received a grill that had been returned . It was bent %26 damaged in places that couldn't have been caused during shipping.
This is my first purchase of a Nexgrill product. The overall quality seems good initially. The product appears to be well-made. The features that I like are as follows: 1. The ignition system is fast and responsive. 2. There is a visual measure of the propane in the tank. This is accomplished by a weight measure of the bottle. Very helpful. 3. There is a electric rottissere that is great for cooking on a spit.
Item as described, however, dinged and dented on arrival. We put it together anyway. We had to call the company for new warmer grate. Other dings, we pounded out and left that way but reported to Nexgrill. Also, this grill is from Canada, according to Nexgrill and is listed (per serial number given) as sold by Home Depot (even though I bought it at Walmart???) I recommend having it assembled at the store or at your home to avoid using a dinged dented 700$ grill for the next 7 years!!!
I had to send my grill back as it came all bent up and the part that hooks up to the propane tank, the steel part was so bent I couldn't even hook it into the searing pad so I didn't even get to try it out, but I am looking forward to re-ordering and hopefully that one will go well
