come in fast I mean fast. I love the product
I bought this for my grandson's Xbox One and he absolutely loves it the price was really good and it arrived quick which surprised me
This product has everything you need with it, you can easily look up the instructions online on how to use it ON the ps4, but to get the programming software is a major hassle to figure out where the manual is and the actual software to edit the controls. Just keep in mind that if you also don't have a proper wire to connect your ps4 controller to the adapter, it might not work as you need the “blue light” for this one. Plus, you do have to constantly “fiddle” around with the controls until you get the right keyboard inputs to the controller comfortably in the software on your computer before you put it on your ps4. Also, as a mild tip-the TURBO feature is a “macro” option that I personally don't have knowledge how to use, as a majority of evidence of the software provided online have zero explanations to easily understand how to use it. The mouse and keyboard work wonderfully though, but the issue is that the mouse can have a very poor delay depending if you use a Bluetooth mouse or wired. Note that all mouse and keyboard don't work with the device (a majority typically will), of which I had to use a Bluetooth mouse instead of my professional Corsair mouse. I wouldn't personally use it myself after my experience, but I recommend to try it and see if your hardware might be compatible if you also have the patience. If you by chance want to contact the seller, good luck, as their phone number is even connected, and you're going to have to reach out to the creators of the software to make a device more compatible for the adapter if your mouse or keyboard by chance isn't working properly. Other than that, for now I'll be sticking with the controller, but if I find a more compatible mouse, I'll try again.
I spend 3 hours trying to connect it to my son's Nintendo Switch and it doesn't work. I did all by the book and all the lights came correctly by it wasn't working. Waste of money - shame my son was so happy when I told him he maybe be playing with mouse and keyboard. Big disapointment.
Don't buy this piece of crap it doesn't work. Go watch there stupid video on how to set it up. They don't message you back or anything. I should have just spent $125 on the apex thing.
