Great service especially just before Christmas
I used the Site-to-Store for a bicycle for my grandson. It was delivered before the promised date and was assembled at the store, which was great because we didn't have anyone to do it. I have used Site-to-Store many times and have always been very pleased

great bicycle for a young boy
My grandson loved this bike so much, he cried when he got it. It is so pretty and I know it will last him for several years.

don't buy
I bought this fully assembled. One pedal fell off almost immediately and the other was hanging by a thread. The front tire went flat within a week, it looks like the tube split on a seam. The brake pads fell off when I removed the tire to replace the inner tube. I fixed everything and it's ride-able but only because I'm pretty handy.

Don't buy!
This is a very poor quality product. One pedal broke within 1/2 hour, and the threads were stripped (soft metal, not strong enough to hold). It was a gift for a grandchild and we had to replace it immediately. NOT GOOD.
