love these but they don't last forever . We like that we can adjust music on the lanai to the inside stereo. convenient

I used to own a different set of extenders by Terk, and Also Radio shack. The radio shack ones didn't work at all. the Terk served their purpuse but this Next Generation one is much better. There is no extra box to plug in and have to point your remote at. Just put the little trasmitter in the battery compartment of your remote, place the receiver by the component that you want to control and it is done. Because it is an RF signal, as long as the remote is pointed anywhere in the direction of the receiver, it works. Plus the one receiver with one IR bulb is running both my home theater system and my cable box without having to buy anything else extra. I highly recommend this product

I bought this product a month ago and it works perfectly. I now can control my sound system from any where in the house! Great product!

It is very nice product and works as described. Some how, at first I could not underst how product works. Due to this, I did not buy this and tried LeapFrog and Jenson products. Which are almost useless. Then I came to understand how this one works and ordered it. It was not dissappointed me. I am very please. I have Big Screen TV in my family room and all components (eg. DVD Player, receiver etc) in other room. It controls all of them without a problem.

Easy to install, works great, and I don't have to point at anyting. It is much more responsive then my old infrared remote extender.

I recieved this as a house warming gift 7 years ago and it is still going strong like the first day i got it! Would not trade this thing in for anything in the world!

It does work allowing my fios box to be located in the closet. Sometimes I may be too quick to get a response. Still learning all the ins and outs.

This product was not particularly useful. The directions were lacking what turned out to be necessary information such as to keep the unit hidden and do not point your remote in the direction of the unit (both of which I learned by calling the company). Conditions have to be just right to work.
