Fast shipping, tiles are easy to cut and attach.. I did read other reviews about people putting contact cement on the back of the tile to make it stick better, I also used contact cement. It works well and the tiles are locked in place and they look professional. Very pleased with how they turned out.
Needed some additional tiles to finish my project. Was worried color may be off. Tiles were great. Color matched well.
Bought in past from another vendor and found these at cheaper price on Walmart's site. Were easy use to install and wall looks fabulous.
Fat shipping. Great product. Matches what I ran out of from 3 years ago
Very easy to cut and use. Sticks well to the wall
Replaced tiles that had fallen off. First tiles bought app. 8 years ago from hardware store. Adhesive is much better now!
Love these tiles (have ordered them 3 times). Only complaint is that though they are very sticky, almost all fall off after about 3 days. Not sure why, since if you press them on to the wall, they are almost impossible to get off (on that day). Read the reviews about this. Initially, I figured I would take my chances and then glue the ones that fell off. After I saw how many fell (lost a few behind the cabinet), and had received my third order, I automatically glued them and experienced no more loss of tiles. I recommend using Gorilla glue but read the directions - only one drop of glue per square inch is needed. Before you do that, place the tile in position with the paper backing on it. If it looks like it will fit fine, take the paper backing off and line it up again to make sure. If it still looks fine, apply glue. Be sure to line the tile up on edge, because if you start to apply it to the wall while flat, and don't have it lined up properly, the glue will stick and you may or may not be able to reposition or remove it. Keep in mind that your walls and floors may not be perfectly square and plumb (especially in older homes like mine) and you may have to cut some squares. Advise cutting with the paper backing on. If you remove the paper and then decide to reapply it to the tile to cut it, make sure you put the same side of the paper against the tile - it's the side with no print on it. Otherwise, you will not be able to remove the paper from the sticky side of the tile. Not sure if you could just Gorilla glue it also, haven't tried. I scored the backs of my corner pieces with a box cutter and they snapped apart nicely but still held together. Make sure your corner is aligned first with the tile corner or it won't align properly. For other pieces that needed to be cut out, I used large, good scissors which cut easily and accurately. My kitchen is transformed and the tile is SOOO much easier to clean than the white wall behind it was. FYI, I have never done anything like this before, but despite my mistakes, I enjoyed it and am very pleased with the result.
These worked out okay, though I like real ceramic tile better. The adhesive isn't good at all and we used a light smear of Gorilla Glue and dampened the wall to get good adhesion (per the GG instructions). Caulked the tiny gap between the tiles and the outer edge and it came out looking pretty good.
