Really nice
We got these thinking they might be too cheap to look nice. We bought black and white squares and laid them over ceramic 12x12 tiles in our laundry room. We made a checkerboard pattern. It is beautiful. These look very high end.

Look before you lay the tiles carefully.
The tiles have a manufacturer defect. You have to look close at the right angle but the first 2 boxes I ordered were perfect
