This conditioner is a god send, it's great for detangling and moisturizing my hair and my extensions! I live in a dry climate and this conditioner does wonders for keeping my hair moisturized. This is an okay smelling conditioner by Nexxus. The texture is creamy, thick, and white and the soap goes all over my hair very well. I like the moisture it provides and my hair looks plus smells great! I like to use the shampoo, then this conditioner. It helps with dry and brittle hair.

Why did you change the formulation!?!? I have used this conditioner for over a decade and have never strayed. Suddenly the ingredients are changed along with the packaging? I am heartbroken. No coconut oil, keratin, elastin, amino acids?? I just bought two bottles and am so sad.

Don't waste your money. This is not the same formula. They took out the protein and keratin in it which makes a huge difference . I have been using this for years. Even my stylist would ask what I was using. My hair was alway soft and shiny. Would not recommend if you liked the product as it was. This change in formula is a bad mistake.

Ummmmmm, where is the protein???? Both the shampoo and conditioner have all the protein removed? This has always been branded as a protein set?? For those people that don't want that you have tons of other options, I don't understand!!?? And No protein overload isn't a thing when it's mixed with butters and oils. (Eye roll for whoever started that trend)

What have you done?! I have used Humectress for many, many years. Loved it! I have thick, color-treated hair, and Humectress provided the moisture I needed. This new formula is a huge disappointment. It does NOT moisturize! My hair no longer feels soft! I appreciate the new pump bottle, but I just wish there was a great product inside. Now I will have to see what your competitors can offer. And, by the way, it's time to get the Sulfate out of your shampoos.

Over the last several months this conditioner has destroyed my hair. I have used nexxus humectress for years so I never put two and two together why my hair has been breaking and shedding so much and my scalp has been more irritated. I didn't realize what a drastic change to the ingredients was made.No more panthenol elastin, no more keratin, no more coconut oil. I found my old bottle I had saved and in comparison these new ingredients are nothing more than drug store garbage. My hair is no longer getting what it needs from humectress. Maybe one of the other conditioners would be better, but honestly after what this new formula has done to my long beautiful hair, I am terrified to try . I used to love the color assure as well, but I noticed that also had a change in ingredients with in the last two years.

I have been using nexxus humectress since I was in high school and LOVED it. I have thick hair on the dryer side and this conditioner has always left it silky smooth. Whatever changed has my hair feeling thicker and like starch. I can't even get my fingers through it . Worst product change ever. I am so disappointed. Will not be purchasing anymore.
