NEXXUS MAXXIMUM Control, Finishing Mist 10 oz

The nexxus maxximum firm hold hairspray is a major part of my daily routine. Most products tend to leave a residue after you brush out your hair which makes you need to wash it more often. This hairspray is the opposite, it's keeps frizz maintained and hold curls perfectly all day and then you can just brush it away and not be left with a bad residue.

I've tried a lot of hairspray, but the Nexxus Maxximum Firm Hold Hairspray does the trick for me! Doesn't make your hair crunchy or hard. Gives a solid stay and shine for HOURS! I have fine hair and it's worked great for me! Keeps my hair in place without the stickiness or hardness of other hairsprays. Little goes a long way! It also smells good! Overall the best hairspray I've tried in a really long time.

It holds well and does not build up on your hair. smells great!

I used this hairspray for over 10 years and it was my holy grail. Over half a year ago I got a can that smelt AWFUL. I thought it was a one-off but no. Ever since, every few weeks when I'm in different drug stores I spray a tiny bit on my hand (I know you aren't supposed to) to smell it and it still smells overwhelmingly like a mix of rotten eggs and veggies. It's so sad cause I'm on the hunt for a new hairpray and can't find one I like as much, but I just can't spray rotten egg smell near my face and in my hair.

Nexxus, I don't know why you would change a good thing. Maxximum firm has been my go-to hairspray for years for my baby fine hair. But this new product is HORRIBLE! I cannot even get past the terrible egg smell. Whoever agreed to change to this smell, did you even smell it? And it doesn't just go away during the day! It's gross & now I have to go find a new hairspray! Thanks a lot!

Used to love this hairspray (used exclusively for years) but recently the smell is awful. Has a strong, foul, fishy odor.

per the South Prairie WA post master they are not required to hold packages for anyone who does not have a P.o. box; my package is not at the post office please refund credit card ASAP and stop dropping packages at Post Office they willl NOT hold them

The spray nozzle stops working after just a few uses despite cleaning the nozzle. No hairspray comes out at all. This has happened on the last 3 cans I have purchased. I have used this product for several years and spoke highly about it to friends, but I will no longer buy this product hoping the spray will work - unless Nexxus stands by its products and replaces or provides a refund for a malfunctioning product. I see there are several other complaints about this same issue so my experience is not unusual.

Smells like fish and does not hold. This has been my favorite hairspray for my entire adult life. It's always had great hold even in the heat and humidity of Texas. It stinks so bad my coworkers could smell it and it has no holding power. Please change it back.

This product smells horrible! Like rotting fish! I have been a loyal customer for years and have loved it until now. I'm not sure what has changed that makes it smell that bad but I will not be buying it again. I'm so disappointed in this company and product.
