I thought I had ordered the 33 fl oz size but overall the product is good, it's hard to find anywhere else for the extra amount of product it had, the price point could have been better but the quality is excellent, since it's shampoo, it had extra protection iin the packaging and safety stickers for the lid so it didn't spill/break

I love the pump. I love the smell (as well as others). And it truly is weightless. I have very thick hair and keep it long. It is easy for it to get weighed down, but I have to condition it or it tangles. This is the only one I have found that works for what I need.

Works well to smooth my naturally wavy hair helps with frizz, especially if I use the blow dryer and smooth my hair out after washing it is not greasy and like all Nexus products it is easily rinsed out. Nexus is always been very rinsable more than any other shampoos or conditioners I've ever used - most of the other brands take forever to rinse out. I'm quite satisfied with this product. I've been using it for years and hope to continue to.

I like what it does for my hair but I have to wet my hair again before applying because it takes too long to pump the product out of the bottle. Very little comes out with each squirt.

I should've at least smelled this first in store before blindly buying online. Smells like cheap hairspray, which is really something for a conditioner. I didn't know conditioners could stink hence why I took the chance buying online. I love nexxus humectress shampoo

I have noticed no difference in my hair after using this. The best frizz control I've found is a cream you put in your hair after you wash it and before styling.

I was so disappointed to find that my beautiful bottle was defective and I was not able to use the pump. Also, the texture of the conditioner was so thin, when I opened the bottle to pour the conditioner into my Hand, the liquid ran like water. Too thin and watery. Nothing compared to the Nexus conditioners before.

I bought both the shampoo and conditioner annnndd i wasn't too impressed. The shampoo left my hair feeling dry and brittle after I rinsed it off. So normally you'd think the conditioner with help smooth it out? especially it being for "frizzy hair"... nope! still felt dry and brittle and definitely did not help detangling. But hey! it smells nice and some flyaways do stay down but that's about it...

This product destroyed my hair! In over 40years of doing my hair, I never had such a bad product! I had so many knots in my long hair tha5 I could not get out .. usually conditioner reduces friction and allows the comb/wet brush to go through the hair. I had to wash my hair and get this junky product out! I want my money back!
