NF Sports Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder, Unflavored, 100 Servings, 500g

This has a good taste with out having to add any other flavoring. I just add it to water, sometimes with cold oatmeal and ice. I have been using twice a week, not really heavy workouts and I am acclimating to new routine and healthy supplements. I am a male 46yr old so I am concerned with both physical demands and results, still doing research and watching channels to be careful about my intake with this and requirements. I have heard that just taking creatine but slacking off on actual sweaty workouts maybe counter-productive for our healthy in some areas or add weight gain? I recommend this product but advise conducting your research as well to gain maximum results and in a good healthy, responsible manner.

Non clumpy,mixes very well and no taste. I love it.

I use a scoop of this in my vanilla protein shake every time I make it but I have not been using it long enough to have noticed that it is making a difference in how my muscles feel yet. it does blend very easily in whatever you're putting it into.

good creatine

I'm getting back into exercise, mainly cardio with some light resistance. I'm using creatine to help muscle retention and growth.

It is early days, but so far I feel like I am recovering quickly from intense workouts and have been able to lift on consecutive days. No digestion issues; it mixes really well in drinks and I cannot taste it.

As a woman I've struggled with gaining muscle and progressing in strength training. After starting creatine, I've felt much stronger in the gym and have been able to move much more weight around. It's been a very empowering experience to be so strong.

I wasn't taking creatine and my workout partner talked me into it. Now that I take it every day I feel stronger and more resilient. I'm headed to the CrossFit Games as a 60+ athlete for the 3rd year but I climbed by 7 spots to 5th in the world from last year. Thank you NF Sports!

First time ever using Creatine, been use it for 2 weeks. Already see slight results, my recovery is quicker I typically mix it with my Cytocarb/Aminos so it absorbs best. I'm in CrossFit & work full time as well so controlling any muscle fatigue I can is always my goal while increasing size.

Not sure of effect yet , but it has bitter taste than the other ones I used before .
