I'm very dissatisfied with this product and the Customer Service Team. After customer Service respond they requested a video of the adapter leaking and a photo. I sent them both. A few days later they requested me to send another video showing the the assembly process. It's just a quick connect to the hose. It leaked before I installed it in the SodaStream. I'm very surprised at Customer Service using delay tactics to simply not send a replacement. Well I guess they won, because my time is more valuable then the $13.00 plus tax I spent on the adapter. I'll be buying a new one from Amazon where they provide the customer good customer service.
