i read reviews before i bought and saw all good reviews, and after it was shipped was when i saw the bad ones. i have my phone in this case now and i dont have any complaints. yes, the fingerprint sensor is a little harder to use, but i can still use it. the volume up and down work like normal, and i can access the charge port to charge my phone while it's still in the case. and yes, the screen protector is not built in to the case like advertised, but im not really worried/have complaints about that. i have regular screen protectors that i use anyway if you had/remember the otterbox cases, this is almost exactly like it. you need to kinda finagle it (it also comes with directions), but all pieces do go together and my phone fits well inside the case. it's not big and bulky but it does feel sturdy.

the only small set back is the side button where the finger print is read does not have enough adequate space to properly read the owners finger print if they have it set up for that. Otherwise it's just great for my daily life and needs

The quality appeared very good; color and designed was as shown. The first issue I encountered was the screen was tucked into inside the cover. The only way I could get it out was to push gently in the camera area to extract it. However, that caused the screen shield to crack into a spider web. I wasn't aware of that feature when I purchased so I just set it aside. The structure of the cover itself was made of a hard and unyielding material. Both my husband and I tried to get the phone to slide in to the cover. The instructions were of no help at all. No matter what angle we tried, we couldn't get the phone into the cover. This was supposedly made specifically for this phone but I couldn't get it to work. The only thing that went smooth was the return to Walmart went smooth. I would not recommend buying online. I will buy at the store instead.

Says it has a built in screen protector but it do not. It came with a separate screen protector and the case was also slightly loose on my phone especially on the sides where the buttons are!

Well that was a waste of good money "( It was advertised as fitting a Motorola Moto G 5G 2024 phone but it did not. It would fit in width but was short enough on length that if I managed to get the top in, the bottom stuck out. This is a new phone so I was not willing to take a chance on damaging it trying to force it in. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, this was money that I could have used for something else that actually would be useful.

I would never get this again the screen protector is not what I would say fully protective and all you get is a stupid glass screen protector it fell out of my phone when I was working and it doesn't protect my phone I still see a lot of bubble and the screen protector doesn't fully protective my phone I you don't get this phone case

This is not the item shown in the picture. It so loose that the case does not hold the phone in it. And there is no screen protector in the package as shown in the picture. Very disappointed.

The holes do not align to place in headphone the volume buttons ARE OFF CENTER SO IS A PAIN TO USE. The face place is touch non sensative and is loud when tapping

so this is not what they are advertising or they sent me the wrong case its like a cheap cover that is supposed to go over the top of the phone and then snap into the rubber part of the phone. it doesnt have tempered glass that goes on the outside then into the rubber. Im able to return it so im not super upset but i wish it was what i ordered

I never received my order in the mail even tho Walmart said it was delivered to my mailing address, which is my girlfriend's home address. We searched everywhere for the case and we even checked with our neighbors to see if they got it in their mailbox by mistake, but nope ... nothing. Very disappointing.
