I take Niacin along with many supplements because I know it is good for my heart.

Piping rock is always kind and professional. I tried Niacin first time but it was so dramatic effective. It's good for blood vessels, and LDL level, and also it works good for with Vitamin B12.(and Omega-3). This is the more effective niacin in the market! Be aware, that if you had this product from another seller, take half as much from this one because it is VERY EFFECTIVE. I mean, every niacin causes some red skin as a side effect, but this one is so powerful, that a half dose is enough for the same result!!!!!

This product is great, it does cause flushing, but I take aspirin beforehand and it prevents it from happening. I don't know how this company formulates their vitamins, because the absorption is incredible. Your body takes it all in and you don't have the neon urine that you get with other less absorbable products. I am a Piping Rock fan for life!

I break mine down to 250mg capsules, and take one daily. I feel so much better overall !

I took just one capsule and had some disturbing side effects. I had been using a 500mg tablet once or twice daily without any adverse effects. The 1000 mg capsule created flushing and tingling over my entire body from head to my feet and lasted for hours. Very distributing.
