Must have!
I have been taking these for over a month now and my nails are stronger and my skin appears to be brighter with less breakouts. The real seller is the taste! These gummies are amazing.

Beauty gummies could pass as candy!
I look forward to eating these gummies every morning-- I feel like I'm eating candy for breakfast-- and I have a HUGE sweet tooth, so it's definitely a treat for me! What I like most about these besides the flavor, is the texture of the gummies. They do not stick/melt together, which is an issue I was experiencing with my gummies from other brands: they were either sugar coated or sticky. This is NOT the case with these gems. Definitely recommend!
