Wrong Head Measurement for an adult
The hat material is straw type which I figured would be a little stiff but the head measurements is for a child type or someone with no hair. I don't understand how they expect an adult to fit their head along with hair under it lol other than that its cute to look at as a wall decor.

There are many holes all over the towel because of where they put all the little plastic to go in and out of the towel.And they had many on a hanger.They went through the towel with many holes
