Well constructed, heavy duty
Well-made and comes with instructions. My particular application didn't have sufficient clearance, so I do not know if it would solve my issue, but it lets you configure a few different ways depending on the scenario and if I had the space, I'm sure it would have gotten the job done.

Excellent product, time tested.
Purchased one around five years ago to fix broken manifold stud on a 1992 K1500 Chevy. It worked great, while replacing y- pipe this year all other studs broke when removing it, bought 5 more, old one came off with no noticeable corrosion, and reused it along with other new ones. No drilling or tapping. You can use these clamps uniquely depending on your circumstances, cup adapters or pointed screw tips for versatility, just a great product all around.
