Thisbis a great watch for kid's. I have full control over what my kid texting and with who. i love moat the tracking i can see where my kid is. I do wish that it didnt have to have wifi connection for everything but as long as the wifi is connected all of the services work

I do not recommend this product if you're buying it to keep track of your child. When I call my son , sometimes it works and majority of the time it doesn't. Sometimes the messages go through and sometimes it doesn't. We've had it for almost 2 months and it has not been a good experience. I bought it because I didn't want my son to have access to the internet but I still wanted to be able to reach him when he was not with me but this has been a terrible experience. I thank God that he hasn't been in a situation where he really needed it and could not use it. I want to return it and just buy him a phone.

Okay don't have the item out and it's not stockable plus took years to find the item that I PAID FOR .

The battery life is terrible. My son had it from 9am-4pm and it was dying. I feel like it doesn't suit a long term day use.

The watch does not work unless you pay for data plan. Period. Nothing. Not even the little games. The battery lasts maybe 2 hours max. The GPS app doesn't track well at all. It's a good idea, but the company needs to work on all issues. I'm returning today after less than a week.

Awful battery life! Lasts about 7 hours and that's if she barely uses it. As in, she can't look at the time more than 3 or 4 times throughout her 7 hour school day. And then it dies within an hour once school is done. SO she can't use it to do anything after school AND have it on during the day to be used as a normal watch. It is advertised as having a 24 hour battery life. I am going to ask for a refund. Or a replacement if they really do say the battery is supposed to last 24 hours.

I bought two as Christmas gifts in Dec 2025 one for my granddaughter and one for her friend which I still have because I wanted to see how well it works. Glad I didn't give it to her because of the complications with it. She has the Data plan and the watch still doesn't work well. She was taught how to use it and she's very smart on devices. Sometimes she will call someone in the family circle and it will ring and ring when we try to answer her she can't hear us or it will be the opposite way. Every now and then she might get a call through. I don't recommend this product!

I did not receive this item and when I contacted customer service they issued a return request while telling me my items would be delivered with another order completely unacceptable I do not recommend Walmart delivery especially this time of the year this was a Christmas gift and now I'm going to have to reach out in hopes that I am able to obtain my money back! And locate this item in store! Horrible customer service on top of that!

The app is terrible. It seemed great at first but after a month or so we had continuous issues with logging into the app. Worthless product if the log in to the subscription treated and fails with every phone update. I recommend using getting an iwatch and using the parental controls. It will last your kids longer and be utilized more and more as they get older. The year subscription cost about $100 and I can add a line to my plan for $10 a month. The iwatch might cost $100 more over a year but it's definitely worth the extra money!!!

The app for this is horrible. If you don't have good internet signal, your child won't be able to call you! Everything happens through the app which requires internet on your phone.
