Like this brand - THEY WORK, but pricey!
In 2019 I decided to quit smoking - for good this time. I quit for about 5 years (cold turkey) in the 1980's - hardest thing I've ever done. The cravings never went away. I just learned to live with them. Started smoking when I was 12, but my dad was a heavy chain smoker. Our house was always full of smoke. So I think I was actually addicted from birth. bring back the older style.
I used the older tan ones, they stayed on much longer and worked. much better. but have started again a few years later the clear ones don't stay on as well they don't seem to curb the cravings as well as the original ones.
