to expensive
Overpriced and have changed by adding a layer of something. These tasted ok, but other brands do a much better job.
Unfortunately, they have moved to a new “peppermint” formula and have completely done away with the old “mint” formula. It tastes like slime, it dissolves too quickly and has an awful diet sweetener taste to finish. I guess it is effective to “quit” because I will absolutely never buy this product again.
I ordered this on accident (instead of the regular flavor, which I love). It tastes like a “diet” version, like there's Sucralose in it. It's also more mild. And it's much softer. Dissolves into mush in my mouth.
Very distasteful it tastes like something that you dont want to be tasting. I rather one flavor that is strong, this product is the complete and total opposite of that.
Their original mint lozenges were great, but these are just terrible. The flavor, texture, and everything about them is bad. I don't know what else to say. I don't think they bothered to get a single person to try these before they were mass-produced & went to the market.
New formula, yuck! Weird not minty mint flavor and the gross mushy texture of the generic versions. Which is exactly why I didn't buy generic. Guess I'll be saving some money going forward.

I cannot believe that Nicolette has not gone back to the original formula after tons of complaints by loyal customers. This new formula takes horrible and has the worst texture.
