Great pencil for heavy duty work. When I was in the military we were issued lead pencils in 1.3 mm lead. The lead was stronger and withstood the punishment. I continued to use them after service until they became hard to find. This was the best buy I have every found. Three pencils, three tubes of lead, a tube of 6 erasers, and three block erasers. The business end of the pencils are all metal (black portion in picture). The yellow portion is strong plastic as is the top. I use them for wood working, sketching plans, and about anything else a pencil will do. Should last me the rest of my life. What a deal.

I bought these for my daughters. They love to draw and these work great! The lead is thicker than a normal led pencil.

They were exactly what I was expecting! Thick lead and provided extra eraser heads and lead cases. The only negative thing I have to say about these is that the eraser heads don't do a very good job at erasing. The extra squared white erasers did, so that kinda resolves that issue.
