Night Hawk Fiesta Brisket Enchilada with Queso

I wasn't sure about this and probably wouldn't have tried it except that I'm a huge fan of Night Hawk (wish this store carried more of this line). The smoked brisket is an unexpected pleasant twist on an otherwise basic enchilada meal. I also like the flavor of beans and rice. Glad I tried it!

I was shocked at how good the flavor was of these brisket enchiladas! I do feel that perhaps a red sauce would be a better choice than the cheese, but that won't stop me from buying them. Also wish they had more refried beans, which also had good flavor. I'm not a fan of Spanish rice so can't speak to that other than to say there's plenty of it. I wish they sold a family pack of the enchiladas alone, but thus far, they do not.

I love these Mexican dinners !! Quick and easy I eat a small salad. For a Great Grandmother is wonderful. They taste delicious!! Rice is fluffy beans are not all runny like the last brand that cost more? And the enchiladas are good. I just love them!!

This is one of the best frozen Mexican dinners ,l have ever had and I have had plenty. My favorite food. This is excellant.I had so.e friends try it and they agree with me. Value wise is good also.Only thing about leaving a good review I hope everyone doesnt buy them all up so there wont be any left for me!! lol

This is the best brand of Mexican entrees. I've tried 2 different options and they are both excellent. I definitely recommend anything in this brand. I will continue to look for this brand to find other options less expense than other better known brands and has great flavor

First the appearance was as in advertised and after heating up product it was worth purchasing it it tasted good texture was soft to palet ingredients where well blended as a dinner for one it was priced reasonable which is good for monthly budgets stretch out food budget this product was one of several of same manufacturer different items but similar in style. The sides refried beans and rice are actually good taste texture beyond normal dinner sides not the mass produce thrown together dinner for under $4 very well priced reason and taste along for purchasing the product recommended product good dinner.

Is it the most amazing thing ever? Not really, but for a frozen meal it exceeds expectations and it's a good value for what you get. Highly recommend it

The frozen dinner was ok not great but definitely not bad. You can taste a little smoke from brisket but wasn't lot. The bean and rice was good for the price not bad but it more like a very light as if your hungry you could eat 2 of them. They're good for the price.

I wanted to love these! I rarely meet Mexican food I don't love but for me this just isn't it. I used to always buy frozen Mexican Dinners but they stopped selling my brand. I unfortunately did not like these. The taste was off, the texture was off. The rice and beans were ok. I won't buy these again.

Firstly, the meal does not resemble the picture. You have two skinny enchiladas on one side . In the other side you have a dab of ketchupy rice and bean gravy. The enchiladas have a gluey filling of meat gravy. Nothing that looks like strips of recognizable meat. A huge disappointment. I will not buy it again. :-(
