Tried Arlo and hated it. It wouldn't detect us walking around the house, but the tree across the street would trigger it haha Night Owl is much better product. So far I'm very happy with how it's working. The iOS app could use a little love - maybe a few more options for alerts and things like that.

Product easy to install. Set up was simple. Clarity is top notch. Over all very very happy with system. One minor issue, they go off non stop at first. This took a fair amount of time getting the settings right. Only other thing I would ask for is a way to shut them down for the work day easy. Meaning unlock, open app, disarm. at night the reverse

Hello, we just bought your system! It wasn't on a whimp. My buddy ordered his and I love his! I mean clarity, sound, and just over all its a very nice set up. When I get mine installed, I will get back on here and post some pictures! Thank you for being there when I ask questions. Thats what it's really about.

we have been using it for 1 month. resolution is good. we only have them in the house and the batteries have only 25 % left. may be a lot better when each camera has 4 batteries in it. they only come with 2. we also have figured out how to shut the spot lights off to conserv battery life. night owl has good technical support. I recommend those product for inside use. also I was able to set your this camera system and the remote viewing on my own. I am not a technically guy.

This could use a spotlight and battery backup for power outages. it also has a few glitches.

I've had 2 of these systems for over 2 years. The image recognition algorithms send notifications on: tree branch shadows, squirrels, cats, dogs, and other animals as Human" notifications. "Activity" zone settings are useless , as I continue to get notifications from images anywhere in the camera FOV. NO tweaking to sensitivity or other settings help eliminate erroneous image notifications. Engineering needs to make lots of improvements to the image recognition algorithms. PS: I'M a Cyber Engineer with over 40 years experience architecting, designing, integrating, operating and maintaining complex IT and security systems.

it wouldnt register with the night owl app nor my wifi. went through all the steps to set it up multiple times. even on different networks and other phones. still nothing. the night owl app wouldnt even recognize it as an official product.

came with a tipe c charger and its a different plug into the camera. Can't use it

I would like to return this system. I am disappointed that it will not let me make the adjustments that it said I can. Even thought it took my security password. This is the 4th or 3rdrd system I have had and would like to go back to a hard wired system. I have always like my night owl system in the past, but this one I am disappointed in. I have just received it a week ago and would like to return it for a hard wired one.
