Best workout shorts on the market
These were purchased for my daughter who runs varsity track in highschool. I bought her one pair at the Nike store l, and she loved them so much that when I saw them online at Walmart a few months later at a sale price, I didn't hesitate to purchase to purchase a backup pair. As for the fit, they are true to size, stay in place, don't ride up, and are the right length for running.

Cute nike spandex shorts great for volleyball 🏐
I purchased 2 pairs of size small Nike 3" spandex shorts for my daughter. They fit her very well overall except at the waistband. In the front, the waistband wasn't even touching her belly. It was actually sticking out some (as a note, she is very slender). However, she always folds the waistband down on these types of shorts, so that being said, they looked fine. The shorts fit her perfectly everywhere else, so she did not want to exchange for an XS. They are very soft, comfy to wear, and look great! I'd recommend these Nike shorts, especially if you're looking for some new ones for volleyball.

Would not recommend
The waistband of these shorts started unraveling after the very first wash!! Spending $30 plus on these and having them basically unwearable after one wash is absolutely ridiculous!
