Customer Insights: Rated 4.08/5 from 12 reviews.
Exactly what I needed for a six year old. Very easy for him to learn to operate and durable. I would highly recommend.
This is an excellent camera. I read many reviews before purchasing and they were all positive. The only con was low light issues, but that is not a big deal. I thoroughly read the owner's manual and it quite clearly states that before first use one must format the memory card. There's no reason one should lose photos, as the other first thing you are supposed to do is download the SnapBridge app. This uploads your pictures either straight to the app or you can send them straight to the cloud. Not reading instructions and operator error shouldn't have an effect on the camera's rating. This is a great camera. Best in its class.
I love my Nikon Coolpix digital camera.
Great refurbished product. Works as new! Quick ship.
Not too shabby :) I bought this camera a year ago for a vacation to the smokey mountains with my family. Both my littles basically tossed it all over the place taking pictures and videos. Dropped many many times. Besides some scuffs and scratches, no actual damage at all! Still works great and used it to take wedding pictures this last October. Ive had to consistently wash the camera in water to get toddler food bits and finger prints off. No issues!
Sleek design, crisp photos, easy to work & fun features like the scene change and underwater ability.
This is a great little camera, however, I think they should have placed the video button in a different spot. Everyone that has tried this camera ends up hitting the video recording button while holding the camera - when they had intended to take a photograph. Otherwise it is a great little camera and it's pretty easy to figure out how to use it.
The camera is perfect for what my 6 year old son will use it for. However the condition it came it appeared used with scratches and peeling stickers. Also it does not come with a memory card and the charging cord that came with it doesnt even fit the camera, thankfully it just takes a standard mini usb, which we had. If it wasnt a birthday present that we needed to use that day I definitely would have returned it.
Awful design, doesn't take photos that well and has an outdated way of taking photos, sorting photos and a very small review photo screen.
I bought this camera in the evening for an early morning trip the next day. I took it home, put in a new memory card, turned it on and took a few pictures. I went through to verify the pictures were there and they looked good. I put the camera on the charger and charged it up. I had a great trip and took a lot of pictures. I reviewed the pictures several times on my trip. When I got home, I took the memory card out of the camera and put it into my computer to show my wife and no pictures...nothing on the card. I put the card into my camera to play them on the camera and it asked me if I wanted to format the card. Heck no! I don't want to lose the pictures so I select no. The camera then says to turn off the camera. There are no pictures. Why didn't the camera software ask me to format the card when I first turned on the camera. I am very angry. Thanks Nikon for loosing all of my pictures...jerks. I am taking the camera back for a refund. I hate technology these days. It used to be so much easier.
