I am trying to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle being over 40 years old. I have noticed a change in the last 2 weeks after taking these combination supplements. A piece of advice if you try these don't take too close to bed, one of the supplements gives you energy. These are definitely a staple in my medicine cabinet now.

Though it's too early to give an honest assessment, so far it's positive. I have some intolerance to different supplements and so far not to this. I'll check back once an update is made.

Arrived on time, well package, exactly as described. Does it do anything? Tough to tell. I don't feel any bad effects, nor do I feel good effects, but I didn't expect to.

I was disappointed with the results of the product. That's why I gave it such a low star rating. I thought that I could benefit my energy levels, but that was not my results. Sad to say that's why I would not recommend for helping with energy.
