Ninja Air Fryer Pro XL 5-Qt, 3-in-1, 400°F Air Crisp Technology, Nonstick Crisper Plate, AF140WMWH White

This fryer is a very attractive deep blue color and looks great on my counter. A real upgrade to my old model. I purchased both the 6.5qt fryer and the smaller 5qt PRO model online for comparison. The basket size for both was identical in the side to side width (8 5/8th in) and diagonal width of 10 5/8in. The only difference was the height of the basket (5 1/4in without the tray) allowing more food at one time. I returned this and kept the 5qt . based on counter space.

This is my Air fryer and I’m glad that I chose this one. I just received it yesterday cleaned it out and popped a microwave pizza in it which did fit it cooked really good. And I love cause it had a recipe book that came with it. I recommend this one. Also I ordered some air fryer liners and I’m waiting for those to come in and that’ll work out even better.

Purchased as a gift they now cook with this air fryer everyday while the one it replaced was just sitting there collecting dust. Super easy to clean, cooks extremely well and enhances the flavor. It’s quit and doesn’t interrupt conversations or make it hard to focus while cooking. The only thing I wish it did was auto stop when opening mid cycle to flip food.

After a quick read through the start up guide, I was ready to cook. The operation of the unit is easy to understand. The basket is larger than I expected at 8.5” square and about 3.5” deep. I handwashed the basket and tray after to use instead of in the dishwasher,

I cannot live without an air fryer because it makes cooking and cleaning up so quick and easy and the food taste delicious.], this is my third one and this one cost more, but it is worth every penny, I just hope it last longer for a higher price. These cooks better and the clean-up is so easy because of the coating, this one had all the features I wanted. I can make quick healthy meals in a few minutes.

This is a great Air fryer! Everything we have made has come out perfectly crispy and juicy! I made a NY strip steak in it and it was awesome! The crisper tray helps a lot and the grease just falls through the holes to the bottom away from the food. Just let it Cool off and cleaning it is a breeze. Definitely recommend this one 👍👍👍👍👍

I really love this new ninja. I like the size of it inside and I like the coating inside as it seems to be better than my prior ninja fryer. I really like the three options, one being the dehydration function. It’s worth the money and I’ve had really good experiences with my ninja products.

No automatic shut-off when you pull out the drawer, safety concern. Only European models offer this safety feature. Called Ninja and they confirmed. Would be safer, easy fix, to install a safety switch that turns off air fryer when drawer is removed while frying to shake contents which is normally part of the food preparation instructions, then push in and have it automatically start. USA models already cost more than European models, why can't they be as safe?

I received my airfryer today,when I opened it it had scratches on the fromt and all over the black part,did anyone have this problem?I will be returning because I won’t be buying an item that has been used or scratched

Overall, the performance is much lower than my previous air fryer that was a different brand but about the same price. My biggest complaint is that this unit essentially has an unshielded burner element above the fryer basket. When you place lightweight items in, they blow around and hit that red-hot element. My kids caught a piece of bread on fire and other things have gotten blown up against the element and stuck/burned. It takes longer to crisp things and doesn't get as crispy, imo.
