I've had mine for 2 years now. It still works great. I add my frozen fruit, yogurt, and flax and take it with me to the gym. After my workout, I add water to the liquid line and blend. Makes a great frozen smoothie every time. Mine still charges and blends great. When the blade is stuck due to a big piece of frozen fruit, the light turns red. A good shake fixes it. You do have to lightly shake back and forth while blending for an even smoothie, but that's nothing to complain about. I only charge mine when it indicates it's low, so maybe that's why my battery is still doing well. I use it 4 days a week. Super easy to clean, too. Dab of soap and run it. They didn't have the one that detaches from the motor when I got mine. I'd love that one so I wouldn't have to wash the base, but mine still works great so I can't justify spending the money.

I love this lil' blender! I've used it almost every day since I bought it. It makes eating healthy on the go- easy peasy! I will fill it in the morning, and put frozen fruit and vegetables, protein powder and almond milk in, and let them thaw out for a couple hours and it all blends perfectly and smoothly. Nothing gets caught, and it stays charged for three or more days before I have to charge it again. The only downside is I dropped it, and the lid broke. The replacement lid was grey, not pink… that kind of ruined the appeal of it, but it still functions great and I will continue to use it! I love it and do recommend!

The product is good and helps a lot in daily life, making work easier and faster. However, the first one I bought stopped working after only ten months. The company was very attentive and replaced it without any problems, and I hope I have better luck this time!

I have absolutely loved having this it's great for on the go. The only thing I suggest is flipping it upside down turning it on to spin and slowly flipping it back over it helps if you have too much in it

I bought this model and the larger similar model blender. I love the bigger one that you can remove from the base to drink your smoothie. It blends everything very well from fruits to nuts. The smaller one is less efficient and I have to smash any nuts I include before I add them to the mix or they will not be blended into the mix very well. I also find that not being able to separate the motor from the drinking cup is awkward for me. I do like its size and that it is lighter. I would buy the larger model again but not the smaller one for these reasons.

This blender is nice but sucks at the same time. It will die in the middle of blending and then it doesn't come apart so if that does happen you can put the ingredients in the fridge/freezer while the battery charges; you have to dump all contents out. It's all around inconvenient. Needs better battery

Beyond worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Says you can use up to 22 times on one charge, please, you can barely use it once on one charge!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had it plugged in for hours and it's still not ready to go!! JUNK!!!!!!!!!!! A coworker has the better one and he says the same thing!! What junk!! Sitting at work with no lunch because if and I am beyond ticked off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!

i have the same problem as other where this thing just will not stay charged no matter how long you plug it in. i can blend for maybe a minute before it starts flashing orange again, and when it is charged, basically everything james the tiny blades making it really inconvenient to blend a full serving of anything. really annoying product imo.

I was so excited to get this because I've been wanting to get into smoothies. It turns out it barely holds a charge and stops mid blend half of the times I have used it. For a brand as innovative as Ninja, you would think the charge would last at least 3 or 4 times. An already messy process of making a smoothie becomes even messier when you have to flip it over and put it in the fridge so it doesn't spoil while you wait for your blender to charge. Just ridiculous and so time consuming - oh and it already doesn't blend that fast either in the first place. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The worst blender. It’s always dying. I charged it an hour before needing to use it today and it still died while I was making my smoothie. This happens every time too. Also, it’s constantly getting blocked and takes forever to actually blend a smoothie. Don’t waste your money.
