Me and my husband are avid coffee aficionados and have both been baristas and I can attest that this is one of the better coffee systems out there. It brews amazing coffee at the right temperature and the timing is just right to allow the water pass the beans at the right speed for optimal brew. I'm serious when I say that it makes the perfect cup…or cups. Another great feature is that if you are brewing 2 cups or 10, it still will come out tasting the same. Just right. Sometimes when using other systems, if you only want to brew an amount for one, it will come out significantly stronger than if you brew one whole pot, even though you've adjusted the amount of coffee bean to be appropriate. This system does not present with that issue ever. It's also a really handsome looking machine, easy to use, and the controls are actually easy to clean as they do not have grooves where coffee dust or dirt can accumulate. I've had this machine for quite some time, and I've ever had any issues with it and the coffee still comes out tasting as it should. Every time. I can't recommend this enough!

There is a timer to set when you would like your coffee to start. The part that makes foam is amazing. Works great. There is already a scooper for measurement. The reusable coffee filter is great no waste. If you can make one cup or a whole pot. It's great. You can add tea to the filter, herbal blends and make other things. Great machine and price is great. I highly recommend it.

Amazing product that brews high quality coffee efficiently and easily. I think it makes a variety of drinks and I've been using it for months with no issues. It's easy to clean and the design makes it so you can brew barista-level drinks in a snap.

Best decision I've made was to dump my pod coffeemaker and buy this one! I actually taste coffee and not plastic! Heats quickly, perfect temperature, and so many brew options! Get it! You won't be disappointed!

I read through the reviews and really had hoped that I would not receive a system that leaked as others had complained about in the reviews. Welp, as of 9 months mine is now leaking, starts small next thing you know your counter has a puddle of water while waiting for the machine to warm up. We really enjoy our machine and use it 2 x a day , one for the pot in the morning and a single serve in the afternoon. I take care of my appliances and let air dry inbetween since we have hard water. This is a manufacturing defect, now how to figure out how to get a replacement for the water container. Wish me luck.

Just ok, I kinda expected more for reliability and perfomance, especially from Ninja. But I've tried so many different brands and beans and flavors and it all just tastes bad when brewed with this. I really love iced coffees, specifically cafe style at home. But this just was super disappointing. Tasted burnt and flat, no matter what I used. I like the hot coffee in the glass carafe ok, still doesn't taste fresh, but better. Just wish I got my moneys worth with it, especially since it advertises hot and iced and cafe style coffee at home. I feel like after descaling was even worse.

In Memoriam Ninja Coffee Bar System CF097 December 25, 2019 - May 16, 2020 Sadly passed away with less than 6 months of use. The 5 beeps of death took this young coffee maker away unexpectedly. Survived by 4 coffee drinkers and will be missed. Don't be a victim of this needless tragedy. Buy yourself a top name brand coffee maker and not this scammy, Ninja - Shark "as seen on tv" made in China crap!

It wasn't as great as I had hoped. The blender attachment is useless. It's basically a plain ol coffee maker. Aaand it recently stopped working. So don't waste your money
