i tried it today, did soy milk, oreo protein powder, it was amazing, perfect texture, making mango sorbet %26 banana graham cracker next and will experiment with different protein powders to get the best results. really happy with the machine. also people saying its loud .. try a vitamix blender, they are even louder than this, this wasnt even that bad. compared to that lol. easy to use, watched a youtube video once by a kid and im a pro now!!!

Purchased as a gift for my mom. She loves it! Has had fun creating different things. She ordered the recipe book and additional containers she likes it so much. She is not tech savvy, and had no issues with setting up and learning all the features. Made a great Mother's Day gift.

We love this! We have learned how to make no sugar added sorbet and a protein ice cream. Two things you should know…it is loud! Second, you mix the mixture together, then freeze it, then the machine mixes the frozen mixture together. It doesn't actually make ice cream

I absolutely love using this to make low calorie high protein ice cream like desserts. However, durability is really a problem with these machines. I have not had one last a full year yet and have been through three of them. It's been different durability or manufacturing issues with each one, although people commonly have issues with the spindle breaking or not functioning, which was an issue I had on one of the units. Due to the durability issues, unless you have a long-term return or protection plan, these aren't worth it. Despite the fact that when they work, they really are excellent.

It's very easy to use. I find that the blade disengages sometimes, not sure what's causing that or if I need to be alarmed. I like that I can make treats out of healthy, low fat, low sugar contents such as almond milk. If you really like frozen desserts, this is a great way to make your own especially if you like healthy alternatives.

After seeing my protein powder brand showing recipes on how to make high protein "ice cream" with their product, I decided to take the plunge. The unit is big and is definitely something that will live on the countertop, but it is worth it. I have used it about 10 times now and it works well... I haven't tried any of the recipes from the booklet they provide, but it does have options for regular ice cream, low fat ice cream and sorbet. I am working on eating healthier and I love ice cream so I am experimenting with Fairlife milk and different protein powder flavors to find my ideal recipe. The machine works well, but it is loud - not something you are going to sneak away in the middle of the night to use. There are two containers provided so you can prep a couple of flavors and always have something going. I have found that after the first process, it tends to be a bit powdery depending on my mix, so I add a little more milk and run it through again and it is smooth and nice.

I was so excited to receive this product… until I used it. It sounds like an airplane taking off ✈️ but that's not the worst. After the container of goodies was set to finish and be tasted there was shards of plastic that had been shredded and mixed in the ice cream😬 SO DISAPPOINTING! Ian at the store as I text to return it. Very sad 😔

I was super excited to purchase this as I've seen commercials and ads showing what a great device this was. what a disappointment to buy one and find out that it's only a super expensive blender. And then the ice cream had to be run through it 3 times before it actually started mixing it thoroughly. the only thing worth while is the recipe book. But you don't need the machine to make it. you blend the ingredients yourself anyway, freeze it, then put it in your $30 blender and get the same result.....which I tried and it worked. It came out just as creami if not more than this ninja. ill be returning mine.

I don't like writing bad reviews but this in hopes that other people don't suffer the same problems. I want to start by saying that my complaint is not about the product but about Walmarts online purchase. The Ninja creami is excellent and I am really happy with and definitely recommend this product. I had been looking for the best price on the Ninja and found it at a great price at Walmart.com. I ordered it for a gift and the transaction went through without issues and I received confirmation receipt and expected delivery date. Four days later I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and we are sorry for the inconvenience. No further explanation. I went back on line (despite my better judgement) and reordered it but now it was 35 dollars more expensive. Imagine my surprise when it was delivered the next day without issues!!! So what was the problem? I contacted customer service and was told my previous order was from a 3rd party vendor and that Walmart has no control over problems that can occur. They refused to match the price or give me store credit for the difference citing they are independent from third party vendors. I understand this but Walmart, if you are going to promote 3rd party vendors on your website, you should stand behind what you are offering on YOUR website.
