So far we're enjoying this set. Follow the instructions for preheating and add a little oil (not cooking spray) when necessary and nothing is going to stick. Everything I've cooked on them so far has been good and they heat very evenly. The flat lids are a plus and it makes it easier to organize them in a storage rack vs our previous cookware set that had domed lids. Do be aware that the largest pan does not come with a lid, but that's easy to source if needed (we kept one from our old set). The color is more grayish beige with some metallic in it, which is very nice and neutral that also pops in the right light. As long as they hold up for several years to our level of cooking we'll be more than happy. We have several other Ninja branded products in our kitchen and they are all stellar!
Truly non-stick and easy to clean. Does take a little longer to heat up but not really a negative. Love the flat lids and love the whole set.
Great quality cookware! I am amazed at how nicely they clean up and preform. I recommend hand washing them to keep them looking like new. Use “ barkeepers friend on the bottom of the pots, it will remove any spots!
I like the quality of these ceramic pans. I barely use any oil and haven't had any stuck on burnt food. They clean easily with only a dishcloth and dish soap.
My girls are cooking and cleaning. You can't tell, the all still look new.
Beautiful product! Cooks food well, heat transfer is great, it cooks food quickly, and just an overall great product. Highly recommended!
I was sorry to see a review critical of other reviewers who had been asked to evaluate the cookware and received that cookware for "free". While I can understand the skepticism, most reviewers take their responsibility seriously. Realistically, these folks have to claim these items as income, which becomes approximately 30% of the vendor stated value. Full disclosure, I have been a tester for a different company, but I have not received a free set for this review. I bought mine and I can tell you that it's the best set I've ever owned. I use mine strictly on an induction cooktop and I don't turn it to high. There's no need. I can cook a steak without any butter or oil and it slides right off the pan. Cooked eggs. Same thing. I use silicone utensils. I also don't put my pans in the dishwasher. I don't care what the manufacturer instructions say. It's the same reason I never put good knives in the dishwasher. It dulls your blade real quick and rust spots develop over time. The dishwasher is brutal. I reserve it for stainless, glass and silverware. I still prefer stainless for sauce pans and stockpots, but these frying pans are by far the best I've used in the nonstick category. Take care of your pans and you'll enjoy them for many years.
I've only had the cookware for a couple of months but they seem to be holding up great, easily washed in the dishwasher, and work well with cooking. The only drawback is the pots, pans, and their lids are a little on the heavy side.
My big pot arrive imperfect is not round like the other pot.
I am a huge ninja product fan, and I had very high hopes for this pan set that I got my wife as a gift. since they are not cheap. I was severely disappointed. at first they where great. like the first month. we did not wash them in the dishwasher, not hard scrubbing. after a few months, they stick like crazy. you have to use A LOT of oil to make sure they have some type of non stick. do not recommend.
