The size is great! The way it bakes, air fries, is incredible. It is easy to use!! It's a great addition to our Ninja kitchen! The only wish was that it Proofed bread! If you google there is a solution though.

I have been without a stove since May and have been using the Ninja air fryer and Ninja Foodi 5 in 1 indoor grill with Air Fryer as well as a hot plate and instant pot. But really needed an oven as my stove wasn’t coming for months (due to COVID-19). I ordered this and it has been a lifesaver. The first thing I made was a prime rib for my husband for Father’s Day

I think I ended up with an open box item... everything was intact, but the plastic was pulled off of the door and rhe cord wasnt wrapped in the plastic bag as a new one would have had... I think the Ninja works well... Im glad I got the large one rather than the small one. I wish it came with a simple cook book... I dont need recipes or even really how to make mulltiple things simultaneously... tellme how to do a burger... chicken breast... baked potatoe... fries... thank goodness for Google!

After seeing my sister in laws and how easily she used it, myself and wife bought it and are So Happy on this purchase!! Replaced our Air Fryer And toaster so more counter space now. My English Muffins are toasted JUST as I Like Them and it's So easy to use. One of Our Best purchases to Date!!!!

We purchased this to replace our Ninja Foodie (which is the machine that made us fall in love with air frying). We are so incredibly happy with our upgrade! First of all this thing is HUGE. It has 4 racks and comes with baskets and sheet pans etc that fit right into the machine. We literally put everything in here- from pizza, toast, french fries, all the way to veggies and bakery items. It has been so much fun seeing what all it can do. I would reccommend this to anyone who loves their air fryer so much they want to air fry more things at once! You really could prepare an entire meal in it! All the stars! WE LOVE IT!!

I received my DT201 Oven for Christmas. I couldn't be happier! I don't have an actual oven accessible to me and this oven does more than I could hope for! We really enjoy the food that I make using it. So much healthier with the Air Fry and Roast. The only issue I have with it is the cleaning aspect of it. I have wiped it out after every use with "hot soapy water" and after my first use of the air fryer making chicken wings and I can't get it clean at the back of the oven, even the 1,2,3 & 4 shelves are not cleanable. I do not want to use abrasives or chemicals to clean it, this is also not recommended. This is the only disappointment that I have. I highly recommend this oven to anyone that uses a toaster oven, a deep fryer, an air fryer, a separate roaster, crock pot and even a microwave! You can't go wrong with this purchase!!

Very good overall countertop appliance. The only issue I have is with clean up. The surface inside is not like a traditional oven, where grease can be treated and wiped clean, so it's tough to clean. Also if anything happens to dip on to the heating element....forget about it. I also wish the fry basket was the same as the pans from a material and coating view- basked is tough to clean

Product showed up extremely damaged. Box had been broken open and retaped. All of the pans were missing and the oven housing was severely dented. Returned the product to a local Walmart store and repurchased the product from a third party vendor.

I bought this product at the recommendation of a friend and it simply does not perform the way it should. Pizza takes much too long to reheat and is still limp when it does (25+ minutes at 400*). Either something is wrong with our unit or the product doesn't perform as its marketed. It's just as easy to throw the pizza in a frying pan (and quicker) than lugging out this huge unit.

I ordered this Jan 25 and the writing in the buttons have already erased. I only use water and a towel to wipe off handle. It also makes loud popping noises. Customer service said its the "metal expanding." Cook times are way off too. I have never had an issue with a Ninja product til now. Sucks I paid more for this machine than if I had just re-ordered the Cuisinart I had prior.
