Ninja DualBrew Specialty Coffee System with Fold-Away Frother, CFP355A

I liked the Ninja Brew a lot until I realized it doesn’t have a warming plate to keep your coffee warm. I don’t think I have ever had a coffee maker that didn’t do this basic function which surprised me that the Ninja Brew did not. I returned this to Sam’s Club and glad I didn’t get rid of my old coffee maker already.

First thoughts after opening the box was that it felt too light to be a quality product. Using it for three weeks changed that opinion. Yup, it's still light... but does everything it is touted to do flawlessly. We tried a timed carafe and the coffe was rich and flavorful. Use the Aieve reusable k- cup daily and the coffee tastes much better than with our old Keurig machine. I also use the 4 oz specialty mode every afternoon and froth the milk (unsweetened vanilla almond milk) to make a cappuccino. My wife uses the water mode several times a day. Every thing works great... and is intuitive. Most importantly, the coffee tastes great. BTW, we always use the "Rich" setting when using the pods (except for the "Special" setting).

Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative reviews on this product. This unit has no warming plate, and while the coffee is piping hot in the beginning, it doesn't stay hot enough in the stainless steel carafe. And, then there is the grounds issue. If you use more than 2 scoops for carafe brewing, there will be grounds overflow into the pot. For pod brewing if you use the 12 ounce option, there will be grounds in your cup, and it will sometimes happen on the 10 ounce setting as well.

I have always bought Cuisinart products until now! I bought the Ninja Coffee Maker and it’s a game changer!!! It’s easy to use, it doesn’t leak water, the coffee tastes amazing, and if I just want hot water it has a hot water spout!!! Don’t hesitate to buy!!!

Used for the first time this morning. Replaced an old ninja that kep getting confused. My third ninja used one for several years bought a newer model gave my old one to my son when his cuisanart died. Still working for him. This one is the newest model so I bought it. Wasn’t expecting my other one to have issues but I was getting this one anyway

I've been a long time Ninja customer. I recently decided to replace my Hot & Cold Brew with this. I'd been on the fence for awhile because I loved my current coffee maker so much and after 4 years, was still working perfectly fine. What pushed me over was the option for K-cups. My in-laws visit frequently and are decaf drinkers. We would buy ground decaf and then half the bag would have to be thrown out. With the K-cups option, it makes getting them coffee much more convenient. Another great feature, since I'm a tea drinker, is the separate hot water dispenser, which serves up hot water super fast. Faster than a water kettle or microwave ever could and definitely faster than my Hot & Cold did. The options for beverages and ways to make them are really endless. The only thing missing for me is a warm frothing option.

I bought the new Ninja Pro Dual Coffee maker a couple of weeks ago and I cannot consume enough coffee. It’s a whole new coffee taste and experience!! I am an avid Ninja product believer. I’m running out of kitchen space!! Must have Creami next! Maybe Santa will do that!! Thanks so much for bringing my coffee experience to the next level Ninja!!

Although we are still getting to know each other here are some first use comments. Great Intuitive simple to operate inteface for all that this does. Seems to take up a lot less space than other brands Makes a little richer coffee then my old Keurig Love the Thermal Carafe for larger groups Will update if any negatives emerge

This was not worth the money, I returned it. Any type of coffee I brewed basket or pods, grounds were in it. Everytime. I returned to place of purchase. Ill stick with my simple single pod pot. I read all instructions and tried several times and it did not work well for me.

I have had this machine almost a month and WOW! Absolutely love it and I am not even a coffee drinker UNTIL now! I purchased for my daughter who is a student in college and always pressed for time and money. I figured even though I am not a coffee drinker the hot water system feature would be useful for myself and it would save her (really mom) some money on not having to go to Starbucks. Long story short, she LOVES LOVES LOVES it. Especially the over ice feature. I am kicking myself for not getting this her freshman year of college. I didn't think we would use the pod adapter but then we discovered all the pod flavor options (like Chai!). Way to go Ninja!!! My boyfriend who loves espresso's and has owned a Breville for a long time is considering getting one of these!
