My Love does all the cooking in our home and was dissatisfied with the cookware we had been using. He found these and really wanted to try them out, so I bought them. He LOVES them, and I love the cleanup! I did see some of the negative reviews regarding clean up, food sticking, etc but we have other Ninja products that haven't failed us and wanted to give them a try. What we found, is following the instructions by preheating the pans, using fat such as lard or tallow fat, even butter kept the food from sticking. It doesn't take much fat, just a little bit will do. Clean up is easier than anything I've cleaned in all my 60 years. I let them cool down (just as the instructions recommend) then add water with a drop of soap and let soak. After they've soaked awhile, I empty out the dirty water, rinse, wipe (no scrubbing required) with a poly mesh scrubber and then dry.

Love them. I feel like a real Chef now, feels good.

Wanted to really use them before review. I love the weight/feel of them. I was i Pressed they can take heat way above 500 degrees. As long as you follow instructions about heating the pan first they clean fabulously. I haven't burned anything so they have been really easy to wash. I love the set and hope they will add other pieces to buy to add to the set.

This pans are AMAZING! They are made with really high quality materials and you can feel it. The finish on this pans is amazing with such a smooth silky texture and amazing stainless steel tone/texture. It is needless to say you will need to practice to be able to properly used them if you have never use Stainless steel cookware before but this set works flawlessly. The heat conductivity is smooth and even all around the pan and it warms up relatively fast unlike other stainless steel pans ive used. I love how easy it is to go from stove to oven to grill to whatever I want to put it on since it tolerates any heat all around from pan to handle. It is super easy to clean and it doesn't scratch as easily as other pans ive had since you dont need to be so aggressive when it comes to cleaning gunk off this beauties. So far there has been no sign of corrosion evem when water is left on it to soften some gunk. It works as a nonstick of you cure it/season it properly and not much grease is need it. Overall this set has exceeded my expectations! Only pointer would be the bottom part /surface of the pan does get burn marks easily but I guess is normal even though they do get hard to remove which would affect the presentation if you have them hanging like I do.

I haven't used all pieces to the set yet but so far I'm very happy with the quality. I am very pleased with the immediate response to an issue i I had with an old nonstick pan. The quarantine was honored quickly and I am more than happy with the resolution to the issue. Thank you!

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I recently bought this cookware set and used one of the stainless steel pots for the first time simply to boil pasta. After just one use, the pot was left with noticeable spots and discoloration. I have owned and used several stainless steel cookware sets in the past, including less expensive options, and I have never experienced this issue. Based on the quality I expected from your brand, this was quite surprising and disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention and see if this is considered normal or if there may be a defect with the product. These are low quality stainless pans. Pans cook fine as long as you preheat and grease correctly, but we've had ours for only a couple months and some of the handle rivets have started to come loose. We got these for free from Ninja as warrant replacements for their truly awful Never Stick pans. But there really aren't any better quality. Spend your money on pans from a company that knows how to make them.

The item I received is different from what the seller is advertising online. Received a complete different item. The item shown has glass lids and the ones I received have stainless steel lids.Seller even admitted advertising pictures were different from what they are selling…

The food sticks to the items even if you use oil or butter, and it leaves white spots.
