I used it to cut up some steak tips and it cut through amazingly I think I may end up getting the whole ninja knife set because of this one knife!! I also love the handle! I have pain in my hand when I use knives, but there is something about this one that my hand didn't hurt as much.

Quickly cuts through melons and chops up vegetables. I definitely will be using this on a regular basis and would highly recommend trying it.

The material is high carbon stainless steel which should last a long time. It cannot go in the dishwasher but that is normal for bigger knives.
