Full disclosure, I am not a professional trained chef, but I am a passionate home cook to my family. These knives are above and beyond the sharpest I have ever had the pleasure of owning. The 5" Santoku cuts thru tomatoes like they are butter, effortlessly. The Chef's knife, I have used to cut up basically everything. It is my go to. I love the way the handle fits in my hand and the long blade. I have used the Santoku almost as much, I prefer it for chopping anything wet, it seems to give more uniformed chops, in my opinion. All in all, this Ninja Foodi 2 piece knife set is a must have for any person that desires a sharp, sleek, quality knife set!

I use these two knives for everything, they are my go to no matter what I am cutting. The clean up on them is easy. I don't see myself buying any other knives in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my husband is a foodie, and above this he can't live without non veg. so i prepare non veg. almost three to four time's a week , but my main problem was that when you need to cut pieces of meat with bone ,you need very sharp and strong knife, this ninja foodi, never dull set ,solve my problem, now there is no hassle just in seconds i cut and cook, very useful and essential tool for making my life easier.

Very sharp and easy to use. These came out of the box already razor sharp. They are hefty and well-made in high quality stainless steel. After using these Ninja knives, I don't want to use anything else!
