Full disclosure, I am not a professional trained chef, but I am a passionate home cook to my family. These knives are above and beyond the sharpest I have ever had the pleasure of owning. The 5" Santoku cuts thru tomatoes like they are butter, effortlessly. The Chef's knife, I have used to cut up basically everything. It is my go to. I love the way the handle fits in my hand and the long blade. I have used the Santoku almost as much, I prefer it for chopping anything wet, it seems to give more uniformed chops, in my opinion. All in all, this Ninja Foodi 2 piece knife set is a must have for any person that desires a sharp, sleek, quality knife set!

I love using them and they work so well. Be careful because they are really sharp. I have only had them for a short amount of time, so I do not know how long they stay sharp for.

These are seriously sharp, cutting a butternut squash in half to bake was no problem, also had a big prime beef that needed the fat trimed off before cooking, need I say it was so easy, the blade just slid through the meat, for once I didn't have to saw at these things. The feel of the knife in your hand is comfortable, just heavy enough to chop or cut but be careful, you can get cut and not even realize it.

They are also comfortable for my husband to hold. I was able to cut tomatoes very thinly - was easy to and came out beautifully. The weight of the knives let the knives do the work which I was happy about. The black handles look classic. My new favorite knives.

The handles on the knife set feel great in the hand. I am able to grip with no issues or pain. They will cut through anything, so be careful they are sharp. Very nice, and well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my husband is a foodie, and above this he can't live without non veg. so i prepare non veg. almost three to four time's a week , but my main problem was that when you need to cut pieces of meat with bone ,you need very sharp and strong knife, this ninja foodi, never dull set ,solve my problem, now there is no hassle just in seconds i cut and cook, very useful and essential tool for making my life easier.

Not impressed. It would not cut through simple things like an apricot.
