We have the whole Ninja set. I got these as a gift for Christmas 2 years ago and they still look new. I use most of these regularly and they truly never do stick. They are easy to wash, super durable. The stock pot is very large allowing me to make most things I would usually have to pull out a Dutch oven for. The handles to get warm, but they are very solid and lid handles are secure. I've owned many pots and pans before and most the these become loose over time.. not these! This pan is my favorite pan from the whole set! I use this the most and it still looks brand new!
I already have several Ninja skillets and love them. I didn't have this size. These are the best skillets that I have ever owned. They are non-stick, even heating, heavy, thick skillets. The secret to all non-stick is to preheat them before using. The handles protect you from the heat. We've given these and other Ninja / Shark products as gifts for years. They are oven and dishwasher safe, though hand cleaning is always a breeze.
This is a very nice skillet. This one replaces a ten year old Ninja Foodi skillet that developed an issue with its non-stick coating where part of it appeared to be bubbling up. I will be happy with this one if it is similarly durable. One thing that seems new with this pan is an instruction to pre-heat the pan in order to maximize its non-stick properties. The skillet appears well made and has a quality heft to it. I'm delighted by how quickly it arrived. Walmart is giving Amazon a run for its money.
My Ninja pans are the best nonstick pans I've ever had. They are durable and heat up fast. They are rated for metal utensils, but other than tongs I won't use metal in hopes I have these for a LONG time. My Oxo flat griddle is beginning to fail, I hope there is a Ninja version I can use to replace it!
i recommend this pan. I have two sizes small and a large on that can go right in the oven, I can braise my meat on the top of the stove, heat up the broiler and cook it right in the pan. Cooking eggs is a dream. The largest pan is my go to pan . It seems each week I find another dish to use the pan. The clean up is quite easy. The bottom of the pan cleans up to my satisfaction. The pan heats up quickly and evenly.. i highly recommend this pan.
Many pans claim to be non-stick. This one is. I am amazed at how well it cooks my breakfast eggs. I preheat the naked pan for a minute or so, then turn down to low head, and drop in my two eggs. Right away I can see there is something different about how the eggs begin to cook. A few minutes later there are my sunny-side perfectly cooked eggs, and I simply tip the pan onto my dish. They slide freely from the pan, which is completely clean. The egg white is white, top and bottom, - nothing has turned brown, yet it is perfectly cooked, the yolks are still liquid. The pan is completely clean - looks like it just came out of the dishwasher! How do they make this little miracle? I am throwing out all my sticky "nonstick" pans in my cabinet and getting a few of eh larger size Ninjas!
Follow the directions and then”non-stick” pan will last for years. I've cooked low-fat meat, eggs, “sticky” foods and it works fantastic! My original one has a cushioned handle and I prefer it over this one, but it's still sturdy and holding up well. This size is perfect for 3-4 burgers in the pan. Again, if you follow the directions, you will get a nice sear on your foods you want. If you don't want a sear just lower the temp quicker. My parents are trying this gift out for themselves. The last “non-stick” versions didn't last but about 4-6 months. Hopefully for them, again if they follow the directions, this will last them for many years to come. My personal one has. I've had it 4years and it's still going strong!
Not the same pan you get from Ninja website…. This feels like a knock off of the original. Weight of the pan and quality of the pan handle are definitely not the same. Except better for the price of the pan. Good pan otherwise.
I've had this pan for just over a year and the material on the inside of the pan is already starting to chip and flake off from normal use (I made sure to follow instructions of proper use too). For the majority of that first year, it was a wonderful pan that I loved using. Super nonstick and I loved the cool handle and oven safe features. Unfortunately, it does not hold up to the guarantee. I bought another one for a friend just before I noticed the flaw and now I wish I hadn't, the quality does not hold up long term.
I am trying to reduce fats in my diet so I purchase this pan based upon its advertisement. I followed the directions which came with the pan describing how to make a eggs without butter or oil. Expecting to see the eggs slide off like my retired frying pan, prior to me mistakenly using cooking sprays which destroyed my old pan's surface break down. I followed the instructions upon purchase hand washing the pan with hot soapy water. I preheated the pan until hot, cracked the eggs into the pan, waited, when using my non-stick spatula to flip it was a mess. The eggs were attached to the bottom of the pan and I had to scrape them off to even get them out of the pan. Returning today and getting another Cephalon. NOT AT ALL AS ADVERTISED!!!
