[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this baking sheet and rack, I can say that Ninja's NeverStick technology may just make cooking spray irrelevant. I have tried many different brands of "non-stick" cookware, but despite their claims, I have always had to reach for the cooking spray or inevitably face an annoying stuck-on mess to clean up. I tried this baking sheet from Ninja without cooking spray, and I was pleasantly surprised that food came off without hesitation and without a mess and clean up was so simple. I thought maybe it is because it is the first use, but then I tried it a second time, and a third time, and so on. Food comes off cleanly over and over again without the use of cooking spray, grease, etc. The NeverStick technology is not a gimmick - it really works consistently. Not. only that, food cooks evenly without burning on the bottom - perfect every time. If you thought the simple baking sheet could not be improved upon - think again. Ninja just did.

The 10"×15" size is perfect for large batches of many different foods. The rack is versatile for roasting and/or cooling. The safety, use and care instructions are clear and easy to understand. This is the easiest to clean baking pan I've ever had. I'll have to look into more Ninja bakeware.

This baking pan set is a kitchen essential! The pans feel sturdy and well-made, with no warping even after multiple uses in a hot oven. The nonstick coating is a game-changer—cookies slide right off, and cleanup is quick with just a rinse and light wipe.

Beware… It's very easy to burn cookies in this pan. Bake two minutes less than recipe requires. Rack is great.
