We've baked cookies on the sheet and cooled them on the rack. We've cooked a whole chicken on the set and let all of the drippings collect in the pan. Altogether this is a very well made piece of kitchenware.

The 10"×15" size is perfect for large batches of many different foods. The rack is versatile for roasting and/or cooling. The safety, use and care instructions are clear and easy to understand. This is the easiest to clean baking pan I've ever had. I'll have to look into more Ninja bakeware.

Beware… It's very easy to burn cookies in this pan. Bake two minutes less than recipe requires. Rack is great.
