Ordered this six days before Super Bowl so I could slow cook and do pulled pork. This thing is AWESOME! It has SO MUCH more features than my other slow cooker. Game day was great and I love this addition to my other Ninja appliances. I have their pressure cooker, flip toaster, multi blender, Flip oven, counter top grill and stainless sharpening knives to name a few. Plus I have gifted a lot to friends! Plus I have Shark products also!!! Great products!

I own one %26 absolutely LOVE it! I proof my bread in there, use it for chili, stews, pot roast, defrost already cooked meals. Easy to use %26 super easy to clean. plus the spoon it comes with can rest on the lid. No searching for it. It's perfect for large gatherings like game day or if you have a large family. Love it so much I purchased this for my sister as a home warming gift. She loved it on it's first use. She made a pork butt %26 it just fell apart. She is excited to make bread %26 many other things. She was very happy with her gift. Highly recommend this product as it replaces several items. You will not be disappointed. The only con is this doesn't come in a smaller pot. This is an 8 quart I believe but that is perfect for roasts or chicken. Again you will not be disappointed. Get yourself one %26 enjoy.

It heats up quickly and does a great job keeping things hot, and warm. Warm is exactly that. It's not boiling hot like my last cooker. I can cook a roast, searing in the juices and then slow cook it to make a pot roast that's perfect! I noticed the left facing side near the handle is dented. It doesn't effect the usage, but it's a little noticeable when handling. This would be the cooker/bottom part of the cooker.

Love this cooker for how fast it cooks! I do soups, casseroles, bacon, eggs, stir fry, and use it for prepping large quantities of liquids for canning. I also love the Sous Vide mode for cooking perfect tender meat and poultry.

The performance of the product I love! The pot gets chipped at the lid edge. I have the third lid coming, and the warranty handles the issue effortlessly, however I am afraid without design change I don't know how this issue won't occur again. I had purchased the newer model for my daughter as part of her Christmas gift, and I noticed the pot on that has a recess where the lid meets the pot itself, this would stop the non-stick surface from chopping. I was a bit disappointed to hear that since I purchased this unit at a department store vs the Ninja, we site my warranty isn't as complete as I i purchased at a store. It seems if I purchased on teh web site I would be eligible for a replacement of the unit itself, but since purchased at a store, They will replace only the defective part, which by design will probably happen again.

We have used ours 3 times and the non-stick is flaking off.

I bought this a a week ago to replace my old crock pot that lasted 15 years. I opened it and hand washed it with a sponge and dried it. I spent a lot of money on making a huge batch of chicken vegetable soup for a family gathering. I had to throw the whole batch out because as it cooked the inner coating came off around the bolts and mixed all in the soup. Very disappointed in this product.

I bought this about four months ago . I use it whenever I can. My wife passed away in January and now I care for my handicapped son. I'm a navy veteran and a 30 yr. Law enforcement retiree. Tonight my son informed me that the silver top ring was not fitted to the main body. After dinner I could see that the bottom was also ajar and miss fitted. I flipped it over and found one of two anchoring screws was missing. Other than that I love the function of this cooker.

The Teflon comes off very easy on the inside of the pan. I have bought two of these and now they won't let me replace the second one big waste of $190.

I git this On November 2025 and after 2 months it has a lot of scratches ! Low quality material ! Waste of money !
