[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty unit that does so much, its amazing! You can grill, roast, and has a spot for pellets that feed into it so its a smoker. You can use as a griddle or even a pizza oven however the griddle and pizza stone are sold separately but still how awesome is that. It will offer information on the screen that is very helpful such as close the lid when it time to heat up the inside, it shows the temperature as its heating and flashs what your temp you set it for. All options are clearly marked on the cooking unit so it easy to use. The instructions to put it together are very good, it also provides a link to a 3-D video which helped a lot. All the parts are lettered and they even include the tools needed. It will take two people to lift it up onto the frame other than that part it took about an hour all together to get it up and running. We are over the top happy with this and can't wait for spring and summer we will use to cook everything. I highly recommend this Ninga Flexflame outdoor cooking system.

Cooked sausages, burgers, chicken, steaks and last of all home made pizza. The meat was absolutely delicious and the home made pizza exquisite better than any shop bought brands. Easy to clean too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Testers Review for Flexflame Delivered on the day and time as advised and delivered by two very helpful men. The Flexflame came very well packed and undamaged. The assembly instructions were very detailed and easy to follow, each part is well labelled each pack of nuts, bolts and fixings are numbered with the correct number of fixings in the packet and correspond to the numbers in the installation manual, excellent and easy to follow. We bought the Ninja 16” Artisan Pizza Stone and our first attempt at trying out the FlexFlame was by cooking a pizza. It turned out very well with a nice crisp base and a lovely gooey topping. We have since tried burgers and sausages which again were easy and very nice. You have so much more control with this piece of equipment so you don't end up with charred outside and raw inside which can happen with other barbecues. The cooking guide is very detailed and easy to understand. We are looking forward to trying the other many functions such as the woodfire pellets for smoked baby back ribs and smoked salmon etc over the coming weeks now the weather should be getting better.

Great piece of kit, cooks everything to perfection. Not tried the pizza function yet but looking forward to it. Only issue I have is when using the smoke box it looks like im having a bombfire which isnt the best on a sunny day with all the windows open.

Was a bit reluctant to buy this because it was much more expensive than any other Barbecue I've bought in the past but I am so glad I did, it is such a quality product and you can see why it is so expensive but it's worth every penny, the build video is awesome and makes it so easy to put together, it has been so carefully designed and I absoilutely love it and with a 10 year guarantee I know I won't be buying another one for a long time, I can't recommend the product highly enough, its more of an outdoor fan assisted oven than a Barbecue and it cooks everything absolutely perfect, I love it :-)

Was really excited to receive this product and once got it, fairly straight forward to build however, after only 3 days in, the electronic ignition is failing to work, so using a lighter and manually lighting the bbq. Apart from this, fairly pleased.

I had screws missing and some that didn't fit. We had to go and buy more. We haven't received the BBQ cover or accessories despite trying my best efforts to contact you. I didn't want to leave a bad review as the actual BBQ is good but I can't get hold of anyone to rectify my issues and to chase my missing parts.

For grilling and or baking the FlexFlame works well. It has a big problem doing low and slow. Check any of the FlexFlame forums and you'll see many complaints regarding not being able to hold a 200 or 225 degree temp. It wants to run at 275 degrees or hotter. Just too hot for some of the things I want to do on the grill.

I was disappointed with my purchase when a wheel came off during assembly stage. Ninja have been good at helping to repair the damage, but when I took the base off to replace it, another bracket was loose! I am yet to use the bbq but am looking forward to it when I do.

If you have a ninja air frier its the same noise. Fine for an air frier but spoils the outdoor peace and quiet and changes the cooking style alot! It doesn't grill in the same way as a regular bbq it cooks the food more like it's an oven. The smoker is weak and pointless. I would avoid had they been at all transparent in any of the online content produced about this product. I guess they must pay the influencers well AND tell them to be nice. Which is a shame as it kills the brand entirely for me.
