Much easier to use than I thought it would be. I like that it comes with a few recipes. It's easy to clean. I only wish it came with a storage bag for people who don't want to just keep it out. Or a cover up bag.

The vessel of the ninja can stain and isn't covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I've used my ninja 5 times and its stained. I've purchased Walmart brand cup blenders that are $15 and not a stain in either the cups. I love the idea and its cool but its not worth the money due to the vessel staining.

I really was excited to receive my ninja but it’s not as expected, my juice isn’t turning into a slush more than a 1hr and my spiked beverages semi turned into a slush 2hrs! Im devastated I waited for this to go on sell to purchase and no slush as I thought it would be. I’ll try a new product hopefully the next one is working correctly😩

the delivery was horrible. the item was suppose to be delivered on 16th they claimed they tried to delivery it but no one was there to sign when they were home and never got a knock or anything on door on top of that it wasnt suppose to be a signature required in first place they said they would redeliver next day or i would get refund the item was not delivered next day and when i called to get refind they changed the date of a possible refund to next day 19th which was a Sunday. my friend had to go to post office and pick it up on 20th then customer service told me i could get a refund after 20th but thats because they knew item had been picked up already

I’m giving this review a low rating mostly due to poor overall business pre fixes from Walmart and its delivery carrier they choose to do business with. This item is a Walmart exclusive meaning you can only order from Walmart. Originally ordered online for my husbands bday. During that time it was on sale for $50 cheaper than usual. 10 minutes after I received an email it was delivered I looked at the picture they attached to the email stating it was delivered. It was delivered to the wrong house. They weren’t even close to the area. I called Walmart customer service and explained this to them. They apologized but didn’t seem Concerned and stated this happens a lot to their high priced items. (Walmart knows that delivery drivers are basically stealing items and just writing it off)They never offered to send me another. They told me they would issue a refund but I would have to reorder and pay regular price. Seems to me Walmart does not really care about their customers getting their products. I looked online and saw that they had some in stock at the nearest Walmart. I went there and lo and behold, there was none on the shelf only the display. I had an employee and a manager check their inventory and it was saying they had 12 in stock. They went back to the warehouse and found none. They apologized and said they were behind on updating their inventory. I ended up reordering online and it finally came with the outside of the box damaged. The machine worked fine for the first few times but then wasn’t really mixing right. Returning the product. My opinion is that Walmart made a poor quality item without caring if it functional to their customers. Ninja made a big mistake even partnering with Walmart. It is equally their fault for not making sure that Walmart upheld their standards. I even tried to contact someone from the corporate office and they make it almost impossible to get in contact. Bottom line is they don’t care about their customers only about making money!

did not work 1st time using it. need to return now. i needed it this weekend. now i need to wait to either get a exchange or repaired

My one star is because of Walmart delivery. I purchased this for a Mother's day present not only did it get delivered to the wrong address Walmart refused to give my money back nor resend product.

Unfortunately I had planned on using to make Diet Pepsi slushie. Diet soda doesn’t have sugar in so you must had several tablespoons per 16 oz of soda. When he does turn into a slush, you cannot dispense from the spigot. When using to make a milkshake, again it is a very soft serve ice cream. I really was looking forward to this as a gift, but the two reasons I wanted are not the way it was portrayed.
