Ninja Thirsti 48oz Removable Water Reservoir, Black, WCX01WR

I see a bunch of reviews on these canisters leaking, could just be bad luck of the draw but for mine after use i Leave these in the fridge to keep the water always cold but to also keep the seal/valve shrunk down instead of it constantly changing temp. 0 problems with them for 3 months of constant use

My reservoir came broken so they are sending me a new one. I have tested the broken reservoir to make sure there are no leaks, but on the second time I lifted it off the machine, it’s leaking. Hopefully the one they are sending me is a good one. But the machine is amazing. It’s just the reservoir and the flavor port are dripping.

I was trying to return this item. The reason I have a NINJA COFFEE system. I thought I order a new water filter. This is a cold filter for a NINjA 48oz WATER RESERVOIR. I cannot return this. I was thinking to maybe get one . It not affordable at this time for me. What should I do??

less than 2 weeks old and the reservoir is already leaking. Insanely disappointed that a Ninja product would malfunction this quickly, and based on reviews at least 12 other people have had this problem very recently. Fix the reservoir and then replace it for us. Come on Ninja, you're better than this....

Was super excited for this because I have a lot of Ninja appliances that work great. However, much like the other reviewers have mentioned, my reservoir started leaking within a week. Very disappointed at the poor design. Now I have to refill the reservoir while it's on the machine itself and can't refrigerate it like I'm supposed to.

Opened this on Christmas and used it for 3 days before having issues with the reservoir. We absolutely love this device but the reservoir leaks when you pick it up out of the machine to refill or place in fridge and water spills all over the counter.

Not happy with reservoir. The button on mine sticks and leaks all the water out. VERY ANNOYING! WANT REPLACEMENT!. MACHINE IS ONLY 3 WEEKS OLD! PLEASE HELP! JEFF H.

Just purchased my thirsti today and there was no water reservoir included. Reading these posts has me thinking people are taking them out of new boxes when they start leaking?!

Got it Christmas and it’s Jan 1. Water leaks out of the bottom when trying to fill it. It worked fine for a week. 1 week. How pathetically badly engineered. I guess I should expect it from ninja.

Same issues as others, had this one week and now when I lift it off the machine, the water just pours out of the bottom, trying to get in touch with customer service is ridiculous, been on hold well over an hour
